Valve's Missing Content Fix

Description
Adds missing textures and models. These files came in with the first revision of Cold Stream, and the reason they have been removed is because Valve had to remove some content that was unsourced when they released Cold Stream.

The content was removed after the SteamPipe conversion on July 2nd 2013.

Actually this helps if you have many props that are errors, it can maybe fix that. probably.

I still have a missing texture for a specific vent used in the fire section in the kitchen of dead center chap 1 right after you leave the elevator, anyone else?
