Thanks for the response. Then I guess it is my misunderstanding of the word vanilla. Do the european buildings not fall under that category?

Notyhing changed in the updates that would break this mod.

This mod does not seem to be working anymore. Hopefully the author will update or someone else will create another mod. The amount of advertising and signs makes the city much uglier then needs be.

Just started getting into this game and I can't believe there aren't more complaints about those hideous, repetitive billboards!

@Simify not quite, they're actually removed from the list of props for each building, so they're not spawning at all. but yes, getting a few to still appear would be a bit trickier, and I have no idea how to make new policies or whether it's possible.
