"Submit and be purified!"

This mod is a simple, subtle rework of the Vestal, designed with the intention of giving her normal abilities the same feel they had in the old days of Darkest Dungeon. As such, her style is essentially the same, but she gains more fighting capability and regains her long-lost role as a debuff specialist.


Stats: Base DMG increased (now scales from 4-9 to 7-16).

Divine Grace: Healing reduced (now scales from 3-5 to 7-9).

Divine Comfort: Healing reduced (now scales from 1-2 to 3-4).

Hand of Light: Instead of buffing the user, it now inflicts a strong -ACC and -DMG debuff on the target. This is identical to the version of this skill before the Color of Madness balance patch, except it retains its extended attack range.

Judgment: DMG mod changed from -25% to -20%.

Illumination: DMG mod changed from -75% to -50%.


This mod is not compatible with other mods that change the Vestal's hero data, for what should be obvious reasons.

While inspired by older versions of Darkest Dungeon, this is a fan project rather than a product of Red Hook. It cannot be monetized. That's a good way to get bonked!
