The object names in the map editor, the item IDs in the player's inventory, and the spawn table IDs for setting loot are not the same type of thing—they do not conflict with each other. This means you can only place "DF_Container_safe" in the map editor.

Try entering 63031, for example, by pressing Ctrl+F in your item list on Steam Direct. Most ID codes are linked to two or three items at the same time, like the one I gave you, which is linked to a chest and the Spy Pen.
