Connecticut Super Express AM

Operate one of select "Super Express" services provided on Metro-North New Haven Line during the morning rush hour from the New Haven Yard to Grand Central Terminal effective on the most recent schedule of March 30, 2025. The goal is to provide a straight shot travel from the busy stations in Connecticut to Grand Central without worrying about local intermediate travel. The schedule says it is faster than an Amtrak train traveling along the same route, so let's see if we can prove that. All realistic scheduling of other trains included along the route. Enjoy!
