Bloody Combat + Ragdoll improvements

Description
Literally made to be used in one of those NPC wars videos

modified version of bakakemono's bloody combat mod that also makes modifications to the game's ragdoll physics. REQUIRES GAME RESTART: Increases combat blood with new decals and effects. Changed Dying animation times added new ones, changed ragdoll stiffness, making it look more fluid, and hopefully more natural. Final blow code from Last.

if bakakemono has a problem with this and wants me to take it down, I will.

@かKosetsuか having two separate versions made things messy during development, so we merged the two, this version has the same amount of blood (size changed for realism) as the non reduced bloody combat mod.

The mod just remains 'not installed' despite very much so having it installed. kind of annoying
would it be possible to mege this mod with the Improved Gyrth's Bow and Arrow Mod?, i'd really love to use them both at the same time, i know it might not be possible but might aswell ask.

@kozz I'm aware of the not getting up without rolling issue, I'm not entirely sure how to fix it, but I've been trying for some time. I appreciate the kind words, though!

one other thing, it seems like the only way to get off the ground is rolling which is a little annoying. if you get knocked down you'll just lie there until you roll, you won't get up normally anymore.

not sure if this is intended or not, but it seems like the ragdoll changes prevents you from rolling out of being knocked down as quickly as before (vanilla or original bloody combat)

i actually kind of like this change as it makes getting counter thrown/knocked down in general more punishing and encourages you to try to block more rather than just rolling away and getting out of bad situations so easily

the actual physics changes are fantastic. vanilla ragdolls were too limp while getting knocked out felt too stiff and tense with bloody combat. fighting feels and looks a lot more realistic with this
