Combined open and closed cargo warehouse with rail access. 500t of closed and 100t of open cargo. Ideal for Early Start and small rail branchlines.
28.06.2025 - Update - Added variant with 500t of closed and 150t of gravel cargo, added missing click sound.

@wan1game Road connections are included but are not shown in screenshots. It has three in total covering front and two sides.
