Updated version of 'Marshal, Exterminate Them' by hansthedude

I claim no ownership over this mod. There was a small graphical glitch due to it's age and it was also wildly unbalanced so I adjusted some of that as well.

This mod adds a new Marshal Councillor task to "Exterminate Populace", once completed it converts the counties culture & faith to your own and adds a county modifier which causes a temporary loss of development growth which is the result of being so forceful with this culture conversion

@7588 I have no clue if AI uses the task. I'd assume so. I would also like to make the development decrease during the task but I lack the modding knowledge to do so. If I could make this mod more immersive, trust me, I would.

also it would be nice if the development was decreased overtime during the task instead of the modifier after the task complete

@Voxsmash currently the speed is dependent on your Marshal's Stewardship skill. If I had the modding knowledge I'd make it dependent on their Martial skill instead so in the meantime this is what i'll have to deal with. It's convert both culture and religion so it take longer than base promote culture is sort of balanced in that regard.

it takes too long to exterminate a population, it needs to be alot faster than cultural conversion

Alright, just published an update that gives the county modifier a much more realistic negative effect that one would expect from the genocide of an entire native populace. Happy exterminating!

@Augustus Are you gonna change the task so it lowers development instead of being a copy of the promote culture task from the Stewart?

@macintosh1257 it reduce development growth by an amount significant enough to reduce the development level. It's actually still not as significant as i'd imagine a genocide would be so I think I'll increase the development hit in an update.
