The Suiones Invasion

The Suiones were a North Germanic Tribe, inhabiting much of modern day Sweden and Norway, decribed by Tacitus in AD 98 as "distinguished not merely for their arms and men, but for their powerful fleets". With powerful fleets and ferocious men, the Suiones now plan to seek more glory and plunder by invading their weaker neighbours to the south. They have come down from their northern territories and emerged into the world stage by invading Alabu. What could possibly stand in their path. The Suiones will have their glory!

This mod is a new faction for Total war Rome 2 Grand Campaign in a 4-turn per year setting. You play as the Suiones, and must seek to crush the 'weak' civilized world to the south.
Starting in the Northen-most point of the European homeland, you have many choices where to strike. Should you cross the North sea and take the Isles of Britannia? Should you move south and conquer you Southern Germanic kin? or should you move southwast, and take the land of Gaul for Northmen.
To aid in this, the Suiones units have a bonus to their charge, and their forces are so at home in opponents land that they recieve a morale bonus in enemy territory. At sea, their naval forces are recuited with extra experience due to the in-breed ability at sea-faring of their people.

The Suiones have a unique faction roster, with units including,

Axe Nobles
Bow Warriors
Noble Guard
Swedish Warriors and
Hearth Defenders
