Description

This mod adds the Type 052D Luyang-III and Type 052C Luyang-II class destroyers of the PLAN.

The Type 052Cs are equipped with 48x rotary VLS launcher (HHQ-9B), 8x YJ-62 SSMs, 100mm H/PJ-87 gun, and 2x Type 730 CIWS.

The Type 052Ds are a further iteration of the 052Cs including improved Type 346A phased array radars and equipped with a 64x cannister type universal VLS cells (48x HHQ-9B SAMs, 8x YJ-18 SSM, and 8x CJ-10 LAM), 130mm HP/J-38 gun, Type 1130 CIWS, and HQ-10 short-range SAMs (24 in launcher with 24x reloads).

It is a kitbash so you do not need Sea Lifter or 3rd party installers to use this mod. Many thanks to @L963 for the excellent RAM launcher model which stands in for the HQ-10.

Please let me know any issues as these early builds tend to have some issues and I will try to get fixes out quickly. Enjoy!

2025-03-27: Added Type 052C. Fixed towed array position, helo position, and other cosmetic changes.
2025-03-26: Fixed CJ-10 missiles not showing up.
2025-05-28: Updated Type 1130 model. Added Chinese helo livery (thanks to @Cent).
2025-05-30: Added animated VLS hatches on 054A ("VLS 2.0").

@HMC Thanks for heads up. I forgot to include the French 100mm in the weapons system ini file for the 052C, although I'm not sure that would've prevented it from showing up in Mission Editor. Try it now and let me know.
