can it be fixed ?
One of my intentions was to blow away this unfairness with a city range attack with a range of 40. In other words, if you own all of your rivals' cities, there is no longer any unfairness.
However, will also allow for additional benefits to be given to players who build, so that unfairness can be overcome through 'peaceful' means.
My humble suggestions:
1. Either the AI gives out a certain amount of gold upon the completion / during the building process of the wonder (similar to Emergency Aid Requests) - this would be in line with the "multiple sponsors" idea within the description - OR
2. Only the player that built the wonder gets the power bonus.
