UniCon Cargo: SAAP CFI II CM ROV (OMUA)

Description
BACKGROUND
UniCon container holding a SAAP CFI II CM ROV, owned by OMUA (Oceanic Marine Underwater Agency), a (fictional) multinational marine and research agency. The ROV can be deployed and operated using the ROV Operator UniCon. The SAAP CFI II CM ROV is a tethered control ROV, and is the smallest ROV in SAAP's inventory. This container can be stowed in helicopters, ships, and other vehicles compatible with UniCon or H4 Connector Standards.

FEATURES
  • SAAP CFI II CM ROV
  • Works by tethering it to the ROV Operator UniCon

TIPS
  • This is a finicky ROV because of the size, which is a limitation of the game. Yes, it works, but it will be difficult to operate.

NOTES
HAVE FUN AND ENJOY! Please feel free to comment any bugs and I will attempt to fix them!

Please feel free to adapt these UniCon cargo containers for your builds, but please paste the below code in your description:

Maybe removing part of the submarine above would make it possible to pull it in while underwater. I’ll see what I can do and if I find something that has no performance impact I’ll comment it on the submarines page itself.

The version on the Cont III is also heavily outdated, it is not the one you see here :( The Cont III is not useless, but yes, difficult. The best was to bring it back to the housing is to surface with it dangling, and place it inside with another crane or something! Just the limitations of the game I am afraid

Being on the CONT III is useless unless it can connect nicely when its done being used. Try creating an extending system to guide it back in so deployment does not come with the issue of being unable to reconnect the ROV to the sub and does not have to be manually reconnected or dragged behind the sub.

I know but mostly for the submarine that carries it the limited control makes it nearly impossible to reconnect and rather impractical for it to have it at all unless a nicer system is created to aid in reconnecting it to the sub it is equipped on

@MrNerf2632 this is a finicky ROV because of the size, nothing can be done about that! Just limitations of the game. If you want a better ROV, use the CFI II RL I uploaded yesterday! :)

This one is probably your most finicky ROV and maybe you should try to make it easier to dock at the submarine that carries it. You usually have to get out of the submarine to dock it and it’s useful mostly at depths where a diver is unable to leave the submarine.

Now you can!

Most likely your new helicopter

I can only imagine flying a helicopter above water with an ROV below it!

Nice!
