Fast Mana

Description
Replaces the Mana regen time with 30, default value being 180. You get your mana back much faster over time which lets you cast many more spells. I find it more fun to toss portals and lights out like candy personally, so I made this for me. I hope you like it.

I think it doesn't work properly. I don't have time to fix it right this moment so I'll drop the mod until I can fix it.

It's not currently working? Could I be missing something, mod is active, just still 180 seconds regen time.
