This mod add a new way to add slots for your counties, and for you direct vassals counties, the ia dont expand for now.

What i did was, little tweaks, and changed a little how it works to expand.
Now you only can expand a countie, if the countie dont have space available for construction. The value to expand is influenced by the number of buildings slots, the innovations that unlock new slots, the type of the holding, and the development of the countie.
