Description
Adds 6 more CIA to the existing 2 for a total of 8 to both Undercover and blackops and unlocks CIA and SWAT after 1 mission.

Not compatible with other mods that edit unit.xml

@Samuelamadingdong works for me, be aware it doesn't work for already made squads. You have to make a new CIA squad.

There are extra spaces for where the units should be but they are blank, just not there
