Stellar Codex - Future Era Wonder(ver 1.1)

Description
The Stellar Codex is a future era wonder that completely changes the tone of science victory. Why wait for an exoplanet expedition to land on a planet? You just need to add truth to the 'myth' that they have already landed. Of course, at the cost of enormous social costs and international repercussions.

Overview
The Stellar Codex is a Future Era Wonder inspired by the wonder of the same name from Sid Meier’s Civilization: Beyond Earth. This massive astronomical observatory is built on mountains adjacent to a Spaceport, serving as a powerful Science Victory accelerator. However, constructing it comes at a heavy diplomatic cost, forcing you to choose between scientific advancement and global influence.

Intent & Purpose

This is my second Future Era Wonder project. The previous wonder, Gene Vault, was designed to hinder other players' Science Victory progress, but what about the opposite?

based on the Stellar Codex from Civilization: Beyond Earth, will significantly aid your Science Victory efforts... but at the risk of complete diplomatic isolation.(I know that in CIV:BE this wonder is called the Satellite Coverage Bonus Wonder, but since Civilization VI doesn't have that system... I've switched to a line that is much more useful to you.)

Core Features
Required Civic: Exodus Imperative
Must be built on a Mountain adjacent to a Spaceport

✅ Base Bonuses:
Instantly advances Exoplanet Expedition progress by 15 light-years.
+5 Faith adjacency bonus for Spaceports near Mountains.

✅Space Race Bonus:
When completing the Laser Station project exoplanet expedition will travel +1 light year further.

✅ Powered Bonuses:
+10 Science and +10 Faith when powered.

❌ Diplomatic Consequences:
Instantly loses all Diplomatic Victory Points and Diplomatic Favor.

Key Features
1️⃣ Science Victory Accelerator
The Stellar Codex is one of the strongest tools for accelerating Exoplanet Expedition progress.
The Faith adjacency bonus for Spaceports near Mountains enhances Faith-based Science strategies (e.g., Rock Bands, Space Race Projects).
2️⃣ Power-Dependent Bonuses
When powered, the Codex prioritizes space research and data preservation, boosting Science and Faith.
3️⃣ Diplomatic Isolation
While the Stellar Codex is hailed as a monumental achievement for humanity’s future, it is also a massive disinformation and fraud scheme that manipulates astronomical data to your civilization's advantage.
All Diplomatic Victory Points and Diplomatic Favor are immediately lost, effectively locking you out of the World Congress system.
If you aim for a Science Victory, be prepared to sacrifice diplomatic influence.

Compatibility & Requirements
✔ Requires Gathering Storm DLC
✔ Compatible with most mods
✔ Fully localized in English & Korean

Civilopedia
The Stellar Codex stands as yet another testament to humanity’s unyielding curiosity about the sky, no matter the circumstances. Following the Great Mistake, the Earth was surrounded by swarms of satellites, constantly monitoring both the surface and celestial bodies for positioning, planetary threats, and deep-space exploration. However, as infrastructure deteriorated in the aftermath of the Great Mistake, many ground-based observatories lost functionality. To compensate, Lagrange satellites and ground-based laser stations were developed, with the Stellar Codex being one of the most historically significant among them.

The architecture of the Stellar Codex traces back to the early Solar Age. Its interconnected rings house extensive astronomical databanks, correlation engines, and cosmological synthesis devices. Though primarily functional, it is also an awe-inspiring sight. Its myriad of pinpoint lights resemble the night sky, while the smooth, glass-like Etofoam marble floors evoke images of gas giants, nebulae, and desert storms. Even the terminal interfaces, bordered with Widmanstätten-patterned meteoric iron, are meticulously crafted, embodying a reverence that borders on worship.

Though initially built for space research, navigation, and early exoplanet colony missions, the Stellar Codex played a far greater role in shaping the trajectory of human expansion into the cosmos. Cross-referenced data from the Codex revealed that the exoplanet targeted by the Seeding Project was actually a few light-years closer than originally estimated. However, it also warned that gravitational lensing and other factors would cut off communication and observational links with Earth within a few years.

Will the first wave of settlers still retain the ancestral instincts to gaze at the stars and feel their connection to the cosmos? Or will they simply accept the immeasurable void between Earth and their new home? Perhaps they will come to see the Seeding Project not as a means of settlement but as a way to transform their existence, making them strangers to the very world they left behind.

Even if humanity vanishes in the Inflection point, the Stellar Codex will endure, a silent witness to the journeys of those who left Earth behind.

Notes
✔ Compatible with all official DLCs and expansions (Rise & Fall, Gathering Storm).
✔ No additional dependencies required.
✔ Works well with other wonder mods, but balance adjustments may be needed.

Great, thank you.

@ThinkingNut
The two future era wonders that have been revealed so far are ones that are highly feasible to implement in real time, not strictly speaking, in CIV:BE (Cryonics of Genetic Material & Astronomy Research Institute).

But the wonders I'm going to transition to in the future era wonders that are somewhat in the realm of science fiction. They'll probably require future era tech.

Hi, any chance later Future Era wonders can be unlocked through the Tech tree? Thanks.
