The Sikorsky S-92 SAR is a state-of-the-art search and rescue helicopter designed versatility. Powered by two advanced General Electric CT7-8A6 turboshaft engines.

Its three winches with various attachments ensure efficient and adaptable rescue operations, while the spacious cabin offers seating for up to 14 people. The retractable seats further enhance flexibility, transforming the interior into a cargo transport space when needed.

Pilots benefit from a modern glass cockpit, delivering intuitive controls and seamless operation in the most demanding conditions. With power, room, and cutting-edge technology, the Sikorsky S-92 SAR helicopter sets the standard for search and rescue missions, capable of operating efficiently in the toughest environments.

AutoPilot
The autopilot system is designed for effortless operation, allowing you to quickly and seamlessly switch between modes during flight. Its intuitive setup ensures minimal distraction, letting you stay focused on flying while the system handles the finer details. the system comes with 4 options for any of them to turn on AP Master must be turned on. some of the systems cannot be on at the same time such as alt hold and current alt hold so whichever you press last takes priority.

saving waypoints
navigate to the final page on the central screen. Simply input your coordinates using the standard keypad, select the save slot you'd like to overwrite, and press Insert Waypoint. You can update any save slot by repeating this process at any time.

Once a save is highlighted, it becomes the active waypoint for your autopilot. Note that the autopilot will prioritize the saved waypoint over manual keypad inputs until you unhighlight the selected save. This ensures smooth and efficient navigation control during your flight.

Fall Recovery
This helicopter is equipped with a fall recovery system for added safety, ensuring you can regain access in case of accidental disembarkation. To activate it, simply press the Fall Recovery Unlock switch located on the central panel. Once unlocked, use any remote control set to channel 6 and press 1. This will lower the helicopter to sea level and deploy the ramp, allowing you to climb back aboard. note there is a remote to the right bottom of the ramp with these instruction.

After completing the recovery, press the Fall Recovery Cancel switch and ensure to turn ap master off if it was on before, conveniently located next to the unlock switch, to reset the system. A status light above these controls clearly indicates whether the fall recovery system is active, providing you with an intuitive and reliable solution for safe reentry.
