Description
Relative to many other Saborian ruins, this site has been extraordinarily well preserved. The island seems to be a monestary of some kind with a sizable lodging, sun dial, and crypt. The citadel itself floats securely in it's dock, but is otherwise dormant. While it's fortunate the defenses weren't powered on when we arrived, the treasure and data stores remain frustratingly locked. The mechanisms which we believe manage the force fields seem to require an external power source to function...

Seems to be broken in the latest hotfix. The last relay moves slightly after you line it up with the target and it kicks you out of the seat, so the shield is still up, but you can't realign the relay because it thinks you've solved the puzzle and you can no longer interact with it.

Found this island in-game. I liked the design. The layout was cool. Enjoyed exploring below. Well designed. The puzzle was fun!

The game is a bit too buggy for these puzzles right now. That and the puzzle itself is a bit confusing.

@Luckyleol A relative position was the intent; using the same symbols as the actual instructional numbers was a bit careless. Happy the version people are playing isn't entirely unreadable.

@fsq honestly i didn't register the misdirection as we followed the numbers as a relative position and got it correct. but that could have been coincidence

@Luckyleol That is high praise, thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the experience despite my accidental misdirection with the pylon puzzle. I'm not a pro level designer, but I have spent something like 8-900 hours building submarines in the game Barotrauma and another couple hundred building maps for the parkour game PANZERBALL (may it rest in peace). Just a hobbyist :coolrom:
