Increase Population Growth

Description
Hi, this mod increase population growth by setting all state growth rate two 2% instead of its default numbers. You can change this figure in the mod files if you have notepad ++.

Similar to the ‘No Negative Population Growth’ mod, but with the updated regions and set to 2 instead of 0.

Should allow population growth even with high education.

@Capitan Kindness if this would be the case your whole idea is inverted. nations with lower health lower intelligence. lower infistructure and society have higher birthrates overall upwards of a flat 12% per person in some cases why nessessity for workers and kids. well more advanced and wealthy nations do not have the free time to rear children properly esspeically once you get passed 2 or 3 in this current age of society. maybe if their was a research enabled along side it that was specific to figure out this issue you would see the more rich nations devlop negitive birthrates of their natives, look at germany belgium netherlands japan and new zealand.

can this be added midgame?

Wouldn't it be better to change increase to growth rate from GDP per capita instead of flat bonus to all population growth? This way low-GDPpC low-education countries won't snowball their population and at the same time high-GDPpC high-education countries won't die out.

@fox9prime yeah its waay to low, the developed countries like eu and america loose population too fast due to the decline and it wrecks their economies, its a pain in the ass beacuse there is no way to increase it.

any reason why though? Is the default settings too slow?
