Summon Anyone

Description
Initial considerations

Hello everyone and thank you for your patience.
After a period of 1 year I managed to continue my original project in the form of a new mod.
The "Summon Anyone"!

Introduction

This is a new and reformed version of my old mod the “Definitive Summon Mod”.
It's a new mod made from scratch with the aim of being less buggy and with more summon options.
For users of my old mod, this new mod presents several changes compared to the previous one, such as:

-A new lore with reworked dialogue and descriptions to add more 'flavor' to the mod.
-New invocations and invocation variations - both old and new.
-Price of books reformulated, now each book has a different price.
-Mod remade from 0, a completely new mod in its 'code'.
-Mod language completely in English with no more mixing of English and Portuguese.
- +110 new summons compared to the old mod.

How mod works

For those who are not familiar with my mod, I created and developed it for personal use at the end of 2022, and at the end of 2023 I noticed the lack of mods of this style in the game community, so I decided to share my creation.
My mod allows players to buy books from the mod's NPCs, these books grant the ability to summon game NPCs, such as bosses, allies, monsters, creatures, animals, etc...

In the original concept of the mod only a select group of the game's NPCs were available for purchase and summoning, but in this new version literally 'any NPC' in the game is available for summoning.
But despite this, I still follow one criterion: the NPC must have at least 1 skill to be eligible when creating their summoning book.
Unfortunately NPCs like "Delorus in the first act" and "Smadel" for example, will not be included in the mod because they do not have skills in their version of 'NPCs that appear on the map'.

Mod features

For those interested in how I create summons, I use NPCs from their default state from the normal game and from the game editor as templates. So if the NPCs in your default game have different skills or more skills than their counterparts in my mod, there is a possibility that some of your mods are changing the default NPCs in the base game.

As for the mod's functions, the summons level up with you, which makes them not obsolete, so for example you can continue using "Kniles" or "Orivand" even in the final acts of the game.

As mentioned, the NPCs have the same skills they have in the standard game, I changed some that the game left 'bugged', for example: the "Crocodile" who has 3 skills, but the game gave him the "Sawtooth Knife" which is It is necessary to have a dagger, making it impossible for him to use it. I took the skill and created a new one based on it, but in this version it is not necessary to have a dagger to use the skill, thus allowing "Crocodile" to use the skill.
This was just an example of a case that happened, but there are countless other occurrences of the type where the game gave an NPC two of the same skill, making it impossible to use the second skill and leaving only the first available for use.

About skill books

And as for the books added by the mod, they are available for purchase from the mod's NPCs, currently available in "Fort Joy Act 1, on the beach at the beginning of the game" and in the "Lady Vengeance's last deck from Act 2".
At the moment there are only two NPCs available to buy books, they only sold books for the first act and second act summons.
For more information about the exact location of the NPCs, see the images at the beginning of the page.

New books become available for purchase from NPCs as you level up, they generally follow the level of the NPCs that will be summoned, that is, when you reach the level of the NPC you want to summon in the game, their book will be for sale at the NPC.
Their prices vary, but the tendency is for important and strong bosses and NPCs to end up costing more.

History of the mod

At the beginning of the mod it was a personal project of mine that I had created for my type of gameplay and which over time evolved. The premise was simple: being able to summon any NPC in the game I wanted. I've always had a taste for these things, so it wasn't new to me.

When I started in the community, I was just looking for a mod that met my tastes, unfortunately after trying countless summoning mods not one of them met my desires. It was then that I realized that I would need to create something that satisfied me myself.

And so I did. In 2022 I had created the mod, but it was only in 2023 that I decided to post it publicly, after I realized that there weren't many mods like this - or in this case, practically not one, at least not an updated one. And now after a 'hiatus' of 1 year, I'm back once again to be able to continue with the project, now new and reformulated.

Final considerations

I thank everyone who supported the old mod and I hope everyone can appreciate and enjoy this new mod.
For more questions about the mod, see the questions discussion.

Do not distribute my mod on other platforms or repost it on the Steam workshop.

@Aquaneo - Is there a List of all Summons? I'm doing somewhat of a Nuzlocke Challange with a friend of mine and would Appreciate something where i can check wich Summons would still be available if i get into a tight spot. Like, i only use NPC's i've killed/beaten.

No, there is no "specific list", but I can create one and send it to you. But I can already tell you that there are more than +200 and there are more on the way.
And I also play like this, just using summons from things I've already defeated.
