Nova Roma: Battle & Campaign AI

Description
This is NOT a submod for Nova Roma but rather a split from it.

I've taken all AI changes (buffs, nerfs, battle, campaign) and put them in to one single mod instead, it contains nothing else.

The AI will spend more, build better units, better compositions, be more aggresive... in short words: you won't survive.

Best played as Rome and on Very-Hard!

Let me know how many turns you survive!

@Augustus II : Oh, well I'm not sure if I can make a DEI version. Have you tried placing this mod above DEI in the order list?

@sollen : I've been looking at it but haven't been able to find anything as of yet. I do not know that there has been changes to formations - perhaps this has affected the pikes to not be as effective but I'm not sure. I do think that the levy pikemen are trashy, the high tier ones seems to keep the stand.

Well, I switched to vh, still sparta. Very painful campain in start, and in war with Rome. My spartan pikes suffer greatly in battle even with Hastati. If the Romans switch to the principes, I think I'm finished.
Let me explain. For me a similar problem, I think, was in the “community patch”. For some reason, pikemen are being nerfed. Although, to me, they are strong only against vanilla AI.

@sollen : Yes, the AI (esp Rome) has been buffed so you always will face legions after legions :) haha ah well, when you get better pike-units it will even out I assure you ;)

Made it very much easier to get through the agent. Rome from the start in Italy has 6k + income. Very happy with Knossus who drops on Sparta with 2 full stacks. There were some good assaults on Pella and Athens. Very much disliked the nerf of the pikemen, they lost their souls =)
