Centaur Utility Vehicle

Adds the Centaur (Chimera alternative), a lightly-armoured hyper mobile artillery transport vehicle, to the Astra Militarum.
The Centaur is known for its powerful twin engines that are used to tow static artillery pieces (Artillery Towing: Gives +2 Movement to adjacent allied Basilisks and Field Ordnance Batteries).
Its open-top design means it's more vulnerable to damage, but allows for rapid troop deployment. However, its massive engines leave less space in the transport bay (Less armour, -1 cargo slots, +2 movement, deployment does not cost movement).
Sacrifices must be made for the engine and transport. In lieu of a Multilas and Bolters, its main weapon is a single Heavy Stubber. It still has the manned Las Array for cargo, so carrying a security squad is highly recommended.

No custom models. I'm too lazy to learn Blender and how the bones work here.
NOTE: Devian has a Centaur with models (2024-12-19) in Heroes of Legend. I'll leave this up for the people who don't want that implementation and/or the whole Astra Militarum package.

The Heavy Stubber is decorative; its damage is akin to tickling even against unarmoured chaff. Most other units use multiple Heavy Stubbers when applicable. However, all the images I've found show Centaurs only having one gun, so I kept it as is despite the horrid damage to cement its role as a support/utility vehicle.
The Assault Vehicle tag allows for rapid cargo deployment, but its fragility makes aggressive deployment risky. It won't turn the tides, but it isn't useless before you research Basilisks/Field Ordnance Batteries. 6 movement is kind of crazy though; maybe I should lay off the crack pipe.
