The Saiyans of Dragon Ball have invaded medieval Europe!

My first CK3 mod, so please let me know how I did!

Currently, you'll have to start out as the Saiyans yourself or spend time giving a bunch of characters the traits yourself. I'd try to create a bunch of random Viking-like invasions of nations but that sounds way too complicated for me right now. Apologies!
