Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order

Description
Heavily inspired by the newest nation we have on our planet: the Sovereign State of the Bektashi Order

This mission adds a new province into Albania for the microstate, with appropriate debuffs for being just 27 Acres, or 0.11 square kilometers in size. The Bektashi Order starts with a core on the province, and hence can be released as a vassal.

The Order has a custom province, completed name lists etc, as well as custom national ideas and a mission tree that plays into the Orders history ranging from their involvement with the Ottoman Janissaries, their historical HQ, as well as their moderate approach to Islam.

There is also an optional extra 'difficulty' which can be enabled by pressing a decision which compeltes the first mission without rewards, making the opening just that little bit harder.

Update: fixed quite a few bugs.

@shakesoften this is a shitpost, which I spent too much effort on. Much like San Marino and Monaco I don't think it matters for real life situations.

oh @cattette yes I did, to be clear this was my first time map modding so I copied over everything to do with the Eu4 map file: so yeah in hindsight not the best idea. Let me get around soon (tm) to deleting all the pointless files I carried over to make the mod smaller.

I think the issue is the map changes: I basically copied over the entire map file and not changed many of them, so frankly that's probably where its at.

Because it has so much junk in it. For some reason you've included a copy of every single random new world tile (466 Mb), the heightmap (11 Mb), the river map (11 Mb) and many more raster files you probably didn't edit. If all you did was add a province you don't need to include more than the 33 Mb province map and the associated province .txt files.
