Ratkin Gene Patch

Made a patch to make Ratkin Genes Extended play nice with [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand.
Made the genes added by Ratkin Genes Extended dependant on genes added by [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand.
Fixed the missing ears (Ratkin Genes Extended) and missing tail ([OA]Ratkin Gene Expand).
Also gave colours back to [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand genes.

If you see errors regarding Ratkin Genes Extended of [OA]Ratkin Gene Expand then, I am sorry but i don't know how to fix them.

If you have black ears or tail at the start of the game, save the game and load the save.
