Wanderer is finally here!

Rain World Drought is an old ambitious mod from Drought Team, brought back to life in the most lush way imaginable. Explore the world and its new mysteries as Wanderer - and prepare your eyes for what the future holds.

Rain World: Drought v1.1 adds:
• A new campaign - Wanderer! Armed with a special tail of benefactor origin, he can zoom his way around the world and deliver the data in record time. But why would iterators need an envoy of biological genesis? And, with how long he's been toiling for, just how much does Wanderer know about this world?
• 4 new regions to explore! Carefully picked and chosen to fit into this ruined deluged world are new places for you to explore! Dive deep, scale high and trudge your way through the thicket as you strive to reach your goal, whatever it might be.
• New creatures! Some will catch you by surprise, or by your tail. Keep an eye out for dark shadows!
• New lore! Drought is based on vanilla 1.5 lore, and as such is different from Downpour's AU. What's different, and what's new? What implications does the new lore bring for the future of this world?
• A brand new Weatherblight system! Each cycle brings its own distress. The cycles can be short, barely giving you any time to gather food or progress, or they can be long, but with extremely tough and dangerous bursts of deadly rain in-betwixt! Thankfully it won't get any worse in the future... right?

The world might be on the brink of peril and yet - it's still a long way off. As Wanderer, take your time, discover the new, dodge the frequent rains and be the envoy of inevitable things yet to come.

i just don't have the will to play the game without the drought regions being available

when you port it to 1.10 could you also make so survivor monk and hunter can still visit some downpour regions like outer expanse and submerged superstructure

and allow downpour slugs to visit the wanderer regions(you can exclude saint i guess)

also, its not just incompatible with watcher, its also incompatible with the newest update, 1.10.1

the wiki describes it as an alternate universe, so yes it technically is an au, just an official one. this is most likely the same with Watcher.

@OxyToxy365 it has some inconsistencies with the base game and also funnels trough interpretations of certain lore elements like the cycle being timeline stuff

i also considered downpour semi cannon as it seems they had 2 writers
one in charge of the iterators and one with everything else and the iterator one knew what he was doing

then watcher came arround and made me go
"Perhaps i judge you too harshly" to downpour

@Kaelygon the game is broken because of the watcher dlc and not having the dlc will still break it. :steamsad:

I installed only the additional mods that workshop prompted, I got no DLCs.
Playing on linux

Frequent frame drops and the game bricks the save file after hibernating. Even when I reload the save the game is stuck at Loading... and I can't open the dev menu
This happened many times in the starting area and even in sky islands.
