The Increased Cost of living space along with unemployment have created the perfect crisis. With Land Costs At an all time High Getting enough people Employed In factory's has Become a Problem for your Replublic.

No matter what you do You are constantly building More and more employment centers.

But NO MORE

With The National Employment Plan,

You Will Have A way to Employ Your Vast Amount of Unemployed with 3000 Workers A factory.

Each Factory Is Roughly the same size in land Use as the Vanilla Steel Mill.

Starting With 15 Factory's All With 3 Heli Pads 8 Vehicle Drop Offs 2 Rail

Multiple Factory / Aggregate / Dry Bulk Connections

Ugly Pretty Smoke Stacks With Pollution Activated

Many Buildings Require Water For Industrial Usage, Though it doesn't have to be good quality.

All Buildings Start With Words (National City) if you have trouble finding them.
