Description



This mod adds the ability to collect and use the souls of enemies for your spells.
Spells added by this mod have different effects depending on what type of soul you use to cast them.

3 perks
6+ wands and items
5 enemies
4 structures
3+ materials
13 soul types
Upgrade a magic tome with souls
Revive bosses
Create a Phylactery to enhance your survivability
Acquire unlimited souls through a new quest line

Kill enemies to collect souls. Different enemies drop different souls.
Use souls with spells added by this mod.



Cross-mod interactions with:
Apotheosis 2 new soul types
Glimmers Expanded 1 new spell
Pharmacokinetics new npc, new plant
Meta Leveling new reward & new meta progression
Disable Auto Pickup of Collectibles Soul Refresher auto pickup disabled
Souls should be compatible with all content mods, except Tales of Kupoli.

I really like this mod and the spells but please, if you can put a option to lower the visual effects of the spells it would be great, my pc is not bad but it is far from being the best and many spells in the mod make the game slow for me

is there a controller bind for the "right click to set which soul is in use" thingy when i'm looking at the mod specific spells?

Can this mod add a setting to turn off the bottom-right UI? It takes up a bit too much space. I hope there are other nicer ways to show the number of souls—like only displaying it when you open your inventory.

i put soul blood in the boss revive thing and kicked it but it broke and did not revive the boss

A variation of this would be cool, where the more souls you get the more powerful you are. And the souls are also currency, so if you spend it on spells/wands you get less powerful (i guess DPS or perk effects based on soul level, idk). Could be like Dark Souls where when you die you start back at the last Holy Mountain with all enemies respawned and get a chance to find your body and re-claim all of your souls. If you die during this the game is over. That would give the exciting risk/reward of knowing you have a bunch of souls on you and either spending them or living on the edge

everytime i press "S" to move the soul menu pops-up could u add a setting for the keybinds pls?

I think this mod needs a way to get rid of the constant annoying UI element in the bottom right telling the player all the souls they have. Or just make it adaptive so it only shows up when the amount changes. You're already halfway there making it pop up when holding down.
