Stacking Items + Keys Patch

Description
Patch to make the Stacking Gem Icons & More Supply Icons mods compatible. Also, fixes the missing stacking keys from the More Supply Icon mod.
You will need the following mods:

Ensure that this patch is on top of both mods.

Everytime i try using it, it just keeps crashing the game. Unsure if some other stacking mod i have is either interfering it or just broken
