Rift Portal spawns Temporary Portal after Destroy

Description
The mod changes Rift Portal's script.

When Rift Portal is destroyed, a Temporary Green Portal appears.

WARNING
All Temporary Green Portals will disappear when Mr. Riggs teleports to any other portal and will create a new Temporary Green Portal.



Changed files:
- lua/buildings/defense/portal .lua

Updated to DLC3.
