NOTE: I'm not interested in developing this mod anymore.

For the best experience, set this mod as low as possible on your modlist!

A small mod that modifies pup pathfinding. Its primary goal is to improve reliability/make pathing more capable.

dont expect much lol. but from my testing, ive been able to reduce shuffling, improve navigation in tunnels, and allow it to jump over small gaps.

Fact: anytime your pup starts freaking out or shaking all over the place, that means it's technically "stuck"... even when it's not.

Fun fact: Don't let pups anywhere near mushrooms. They'll eat them all up.

This will genuinely benefit from at least ONE big update. ask for a team ask for help etc you dont have to be doing it by yourself if you dont feel like it. but this looks like the only pup AI mod outthere right now. I think more people need to work on it with you to upgrade it.

Especially now with Poison foods in the dlc . it would really benefit pup gameplay to have toggles or extra data to learn not to eat those etc

its just crucial to consider whats gonna go on from this point ! im making a proposition based on that fact.

ok so i put the mod as far down as possible, it truly does improve their ai... a bit to much, any time i leave the room for 0.000001 seconds and they dont follow, they just jump outside the map somehow and die. pls stop murdering my scugpups with this mod. (if you didn't know what i meant DONT USE IF YOU WANT YOUR PUPS TO LIVE!!! or just keep them with you at ALL FREAKING TIMES)

could you make it so slug pups can cry when you throw a rock at them and you have to put them on your back to make them stop crying.
