Welcome to the Houston Zoo! One of the most popular zoos in North america with a speciality in world class habitat design and a great collection of south american animals, explore the 55 acre zoo in southern Texas, USA. This recreation features highly detailed everything! Habitats, exhibits, building exteriors and interiors, realistic air conditioning systems, backstages and more.

Update 3 of the zoo contains:

- Large and highly detailed zoo entrance with parking lot, entrance plaza, and entrance shops
- Construction site of the future jack's cafe
- Galapagos Islands, the world's only galapagos islands themed area with sea lions, giant tortoises, penguins and more
- Carruth Natural Encounters, an immersive indoor animal building with asian otters, monkeys, armadillos and meerkats
- Asian Elephant Habitat, a large double habitat for a large asian elephant family
- Reptile & Amphibian House, 50 species of reptiles and amphibians can be found inside
- Birds of the world, 3 modern aviaries featuring a rich selection of birds
- - Texas Wetlands, 3 animal habitats for north american wetlands animals in an immersive bald cypress swamp
- Cypress Circle Cafe, the central zoo's indoor dining.
- South America's Pantanal - South american wetland and grassland habitats for a wide range of animals including the greater rhea, capybara, jaguar, giant otter and more.

This version, the standard version of the Houston zoo recreation features no mods and all ingame animals. This means many of these animals are stand-in animals in place of the real zoo animal. Of course, many people who would like to tour the zoo don't want to download 30+ mods to visit the zoo, this version is great to jump in and explore what the zoo has to offer.
