Lord Vortech is the most powerful villain of every lego game and comes from 2015 Dimensions.
He is a tyrannical extra-terrestrial sorcerer who seeks to unite all the dimensions into one.
He can summon everything from any dimensions and place it in the dimension he is currently in

Has a powerful staff with 4x big extending moving galaxies (hex edit actuators)
Also has 2 smaller galaxies used as rockets with explosives
His eyes have 2x auto cannons with movable head
Walking system with platform for stability and movable cape
Can be used to destroy big buildings such as towers or Godzilla or vehicles

When using the staff put on god mode so it does not get damaged
Looks great at evening time

Controls:
Action 1 = fire the galaxies rockets and 2 laser eyes auto cannons
Action 2 = Staff swing action, extends galaxies
ALT+ move mouse = turn the head for auto cannons aiming cameras (C)
