求适配1.6。

试着改这个mod适配1.6：
1. LongEventHandler.QueueLongEvent这个原版的方法在1.6变化了，参数要改一下
2. PatchMechanoidRecipes这个方法里的有allRecipesCached的地方要改
3. FloatMenuMakerMap_AddHumanlikeOrders 补丁要重写了

隔壁技能拓展子mod，我就不会改了。
