Adds English Localization for the 「守墓人」Tomb_keeper Mod by 茶色之腕

The translation was done using AI with manual clean-up for skills and skill despcriptions. This mod only contains the english localization files, you have to download the original first!

@beaglemaster I haven't used it much, but from what I gathered it is a fun but a bit unbalanced mod. If you use it and have any suggestions regarding nerfs or buffs of abilities you can let me know and I can make a patch for that.^^

is the class mod good? The comments on the page suggest it was never finished (used google translate on their comments so may not be accurate)

If you don't mind, can I request you to make a English Localization patch for 「贴吧怪癖」The Tieba Quirks by Kaze. The English description is not translated.
