[Combat Extended] The Helldiver experience

Description
Adds TR-7 "Ambassador of the Brand" Armor set and AR-23 "Liberator" (Standard and SUMY colors) from the game HELLDIVERS™ 2
This is a bit rushed and I'm too lazy to come up with stats, so I just copy+pasted stats for Recon armor and Assault Rifle. No Fat textures, cause no way they avoided being terminid food and go through boot camp fit for combat duty.

FAQ
Combat Extended?
1.4 and 1.5 supported. Do report bugs you find, not the terminid kind but the error causing ones, as I don't have time to do proper tests.

Will you be doing other armors?
Nah too lazy. You'd have to motivate me to do it.

Is a "3rd-party account" required?
Don't worry, it is NOT required. Go have fun.

I probably would consider a few. But considering that Helldivers 2 gets new weapons on every warbond release, it'd be hard for me for keep up doing updates.
As playing rimworld keeps me from creating new mods, yet creating new mods keeps me from playing RW

Also gotta say its very well balanced, specially the AR-23 having 4% extra penetration as to the vanilla assault rifle, highly patriotic mod

Question, would you consider working on a few Helldivers 2 guns? Your style is both lovely and matches vanilla and using that other Helldivers weapons mod is becoming a hassle with it's ammo requirement

@bigmanjones5 There, I uploaded the provisional 1.4 and 1.5 CE compatibility... Haven't personally tested it so there's bound to be some problems. Do tell me if there are bugs on it, the non-terminid ones if possible.
