Mounts for Balthasar Gelt

This mod adds six different mounts to Balthasar Gelt. Since Gelt starts in Cathay, I gave him a great moon bird and celestial lion as mounts. I also gave Gelt a moon dragon for fun.

I added a Gyrocopter, a Gyrobomber, a Steam Tank, a Steam Tank Volley Gun, and a Land Ship as mount options for Gelt upon request. (The gyrocopter and gyrobomber do not show up on the campaign map)

I am still learning to mod so if you notice anything that appears off, just let me know and I will try to fix it. I am open to any feedback or suggestions that you may have.
