@RCKLSS25 It have been a while,but I think hair extensions were 3D objects. I would recommend checking the Wrestling Empire PC Modding discord channel

Yeah, from my understanding costume event picks full attire from one wrestler so if there is someone wearing item from the pack it should be included.. tho I haven't tested it
