Tempest of Kings

Description
Tempest of Kings is an total overhaul for vanilla ck2. Mod takes inspiration from human history and few fictional books like witcher serier, game of thrones or TES games.
It tells a story of a shattered world during dark ages migration period of Aurea (Aurea being name of the world).
As barbaric hordes taken down the Olmypian Empire, the vacuum left from the fall will be filled by new settled people. In upcoming decades the Caliphs from Suah continent will preach new religion by sword to the world. Many smaller tribes will migrate from steppe into lands of settled people and reshape their regions with new polities and kingdoms.
while one king from Lussania will reshape the aurean lands in such manner that it will never be seen again..
Will elvs take their once lost lands? Will pagans rise from ashes and destroy the new religions? Or maby established post Olmypian states will be most succesfull..

TEMPEST OF KINGS REQUIRES NO DLC. I really appreciate the work you are putting in for this mod. I love the idea of it. I have run into what I think is an issue though. For norse females the mouth and nose parts are completely blank https://i.imgur.com/05OoDPB.png

There is a slight problem with the mod rn so instead of playing version from workshop download one from ModDB and go to TOK\common\cb_types folder and delete the cb types and replace them with vanilla ones from CK2 and you should be able to declare war. new upload changes everything and its a test version of new things that i added into my mod ITS NOT PLAYABLE SO DOWNLOAD ONE FROM MODDB but you can still check what I am doing with new version and see that I mostly overhouled a lot of stuff and made map less ugly so keep waiting for new update that will fuse playable version with the one uploaded here.

Declaring war thing is a part of submod called EMF which has options to have a cooldown so AI or player don't expand rapidly but you can turn it off. At least I think thats what might be cousing it.
As for creating new world I have no idea I will have to look into it.

I have an error with the mechanics of declaring war, I can not declare war. In the usual case it shows that there are no reasons for declaring war, I can declare war only on the condition that the ruler of my Du-re is a vassal or there is a claim. Perhaps I am not getting it somewhere or why can not I force a neighbor to become a tributary, declare a holy war, a dispute for 1 province or conquer for a tribe or being a feudal lord? For nomads everything works as it should. And another problem - when you create a new world with any settings there are provinces without rulers. Religion, political system, culture are there, even the type of surface but there is no ruler. I noticed the problem only in the Kingdom of Valysia, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Kingdom of Kadashi and some small islands
