wip description i am bad at grammar

for electric centrifuge
this ic will check that
if a certain time has passed open all the centrifuge
until its under MinToClose with is reagent count inside all centrifuge combined
aslo has a overide for if its above certain amount to open

Note Overload Information

you may want to increase the timer to 1000 second less down time is better its 30 second to stop a electric centrifuge
you can disable the timer if you # line 8 and 9
or to disable the max disable line 11

this bellow is wip still trying to make it a clear description xD

change line 10 and 20 from number 1 to 3 for maximum
that mean it will read the higher value from any single centrifuge so if 1 has 200 ore and the rest 10 ore it will read 200
so that mean instead of combined its the highest read will trigger the open on max
