Description
Reupload and fix/polish of the original raider leper skin by screwyou420 from
nexusmods[www.nexusmods.com]

Adds three more cosmetic variants for the leper (Masked/Bandana/Hood only)

Combat animations were broken so i fixed them, uses slots E, F and G.

Should not conflict with other skins.
