Description
german vehicle skins

A little Gift for my Modding Friends.I found camo patterns online and placed them over the models for the German faction. There is only the Texture folder and no Models. Most of the Skins are without Badges or Insignia. You can choose what you like and use it in your Mods.

The skins are constantly being edited and expanded. If you particularly like a skin but it still has small errors, please let me know and I will edit it again.

Info: Camo Textures from War Thunder are included. These have been adapted and reworked.
I did not create any of these camouflages myself. I just attached them to the vehicles and adapted them.

It was planned as my small skin collection that I create for private purposes. Since there were requests and I only use publicly available images as templates for my skins, I have published this mod. I will continue to update the included mod read-me so that you can all see where my sources come from. Please forgive my negligence.

Do you mean you will update your mod once time?

I haven't worked on this mod for a long time, and the numerous game updates bring many minor changes that I still need to implement. The plan is to remove all vehicle skins and then add new, well-organized ones. There won't be any altered mechanics or many new vehicles. With the new DLC, there will certainly be new missions for this mod as well.

I've been using this mod recently and despite it being considered outdated it still holds up decently well. There are obviously a few visual errors here and there with some models, but I'll put that down to the game's updates rather than the mod author (such as with the Panzerwerfer 42).

I'm delighted to hear that a new pack is in the works! I can't imagine creating these textures is an easy task and I've found it rather difficult to find skin mods that don't come attached with entire unit overhauls and/or gameplay changes, so you have my appreciation for that too.

Many thanks!

@ Uwo that's great! I've heard about the upcoming changes, using your skins in conquest will be super cool

I'm working on a new pack with new skins, entire series for the German vehicles. This mod also supports the new skin feature in Conquest mode. There, you can change the skins directly in your units menu and see the skins in real time. A few Hetzer skins will also be included.

no hetzer? :(
