The factions in this mod were the best imo on steam for simulation scenarios of the very start and early phase of the war. Def doesn't feel right using the 23 ones for 22 based stuff.

в смысле зачем? Раньше были фракции и можно было их использовать в редакторе/сингл
сценариях, а сейчас фракций нет, так в чём смысл мода если юнитов то нет
