LotR: Realms in Exile | Orc Invasions

A quick and dirty submod for LotR: Realms in Exile. This mod uses the Wildmen (Northmen) Invasion system to add periodic randomized orc attacks to several regions, including Eriador.

Human Wildmen Invaders in the regions of Rohan, Enedhwaith, Dunland, the White Mountains, and the Anduin Vale have been replaced with orcs and goblins of the Misty Mountains and Iron Mountains. Orcs from these regions will spawn as adventurers and attack neighboring regions. Corsair (Umbar/Mardruak) Invasions are unchanged.

Invaders prioritize attacking regions in this order: Secure Misty/Iron Mountains, Anduin Vale, Rhudaur, Arthedain, Enedhwaith, Rohan.

This ensures that there are always several orc war-bands somewhere in the vicinity of the mountains causing problems, which makes playing in these areas (especially Eriador) even more interesting. Now those Dunedain Rangers have something to do all day!

Remember to set the Adventurer Frequency gamerule to your preferred setting before playing.
