Description
A submod for LotR: Realms in Exile. This mod overhauls the Wildmen (Northmen) Invasion system to add periodic randomized orc attacks to several regions, including Eriador, Enedhwaith, Rhovanion, and the Utter South.

Two game rules allow you to modify the system to your liking:

Northern Orc Invasions allow you to replace human Wildmen Invaders in the regions of Rohan, Enedhwaith, Dunland, the White Mountains, and the Anduin Vale with Orcs and Goblins from Mordor, the Misty Mountains, and the Grey Mountains. These orcs will attack the lands of the north one at a time, moving onto the next region after any given area has an established orcish population. They will start by securing any homelands (Mordor, Misty/Grey Mountains), take the High Pass, move into the Anduin Vale, then into Rhudaur, Cardolan, Ranger-populated areas of Arthedain. If orcs have broken through the Rangers' defenses, they will then move into the Shire and Blue Mountains, Enedhwaith, the Iron Hills, eastern Rhovanion, and finally to Rohan and the White Mountain regions of Gondor.

Southern Orc Invasions replace human Wildmen Invaders in Umbar and Mardruak (Corsairs) with Orcs and Goblins from the Yellow Mountains. These orcs will attack the lands of the south, first securing their homelands, before targeting Tanturak and Usakan, moving north to attack Barazimabul, Bozisha-Miraz, then west into Mag/Tumag, and then finally making their way to the Western Yellow Mountains and Bellakar. These regions will expand further as the map expands.

Invasion armies have been heavily changed from vanilla. Orc invaders use orc and troll MaA, selecting from a pool of ten army types of varying difficulties. The most deadly army types have unique MaA exclusive to their particular faiths: Sauronic orcs will use Black Uruks and Olog-hai, while orcs from Gundabad and the Utter South will use their own culturally unique units.

By popular demand, the upper limit of levies that can spawn has been uncapped from 8000 to 20,000, allowing both orc and corsair adventurers to threaten even more powerful realms. Together, these changes allow for a greatly increased variety in army size and difficulty.

Remember to set the Adventurer Frequency gamerule to your preferred setting before playing.
