[ASV Colt Fallout Mod] Bullet Case Ejection

Beskrivning
Generally it allows most ballistic weapon from Fallout to have bullet case ejection.

Detailedly it fixes the code to allow bullet case and fix the trajectory of bullet case ejection of each gun to be appropriate.

For example:
Bullet case eject toward the top for : 9mm smg, chinese pistol, etc.
Bullet case eject toward the right for : 10mm smg, hunting shotgun, minigun. etc.


Weapons that do not have shell or bullet casing: laser-related, plasma-related, grenade rifle, grenade machinegun.

It's been fixed. I remove the line for Fallout requirement in mod.info.

Tried resubscribing to see if that would help, but it still says that the Fallout mod isn't installed. And again, it is, I have it activated.

For some reason I can't activate it, because it says Colt's mod isn't installed, when it is.
