Inconsolata Font

Description
Replaces Curses font with Inconsolata font

This mod needs to be activated manually!


Install:

1. Navigate to "...Steam\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\art"

2. Rename "curses_640x300.png" to "curses_640x300.png.old"

3. Navigate to "...Steam\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\mods\3148989545 (1)\graphics"

4. Copy & paste "curses_640x300.png" from that folder into "...Steam\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\art"


Uninstall:

1. Navigate to "...Steam\steamapps\common\Dwarf Fortress\data\art"

2. Delete "curses_640x300.png"

3. Rename "curses_640x300.png.old" to "curses_640x300.png"

You're very welcome! I used DF font generator and edited the bitmap in Gimp to make the curves look smoother. Good luck!

This font is the most legible one I've ever come across, thank you so much!

I also want to try making such an image with a specified font.

If possible, could you briefly describe how you created this image with the specified font? I would greatly appreciate it!

Out of the three you have uploaded this is the one i like the most. Thank you, these really make the GUI more legible
