Description
Good night all guys. The first thing is to apologize to those who were affected because I deleted the MOD suddenly. With the new patch, errors in the mod came to light or it simply caused crashes. I have been working late these days and so far I haven't finished fixing it, but it is already finished with some CHANGES.

I hope you like this project and that you enjoy it, it is my only hope, to contribute a little to achieving better representation and immersion in the game. Greetings guys!

Well here is the second MOD of the collection ``Units of the Imperial Provinces´´´, this time being about Ostermark. Thematic units of this province are added to this mod, with their own skins and unique characteristics, being closer to the LORE.

🆂🆄🅼🅼🅰🆁🆈:


1- New Legendary Lord: Wolfram Hertwig, Elector Count of Ostermark. For the moment only available for Reikland.

2- 12 New units for OSTERMARK and REIKLAND (Main faction of the Empire in the game). Only them can recluit these units.

3- It is a mod that adds new units so it should be compatible with most mods, such as reskin mods (ex: Hooveric reskin) and other mods that add their own units.

Why is crashing?

@vintal69 Not that you're even coming here to read the replies, but still I figured out an easy & short reply to your question "can you ONLY recruit regional troops".... The answer is yes, use this mod. It only adds "new" regional units that you can recruit if you're playing as Averland.

The other troops come from vanilla or other mods (such as Sigmar's Heirs). You'll have to see how you can deactivate those, has nothing to do with this mod ;) Be aware that GENERALLY, UNITS ADDED BY MODS you can TURN OFF INDIVIDUALLY IF YOU'RE USING Prop Joe's free WH3 Mod Manager (WH3MM): looking at your modlist, hover over the row with an activated mod containing units; click the "settings" icon. Deactivate units in the table that opens.

Your changes stay locally saved. You can avoid doubles, overlap, bloat etc. that way. You're welcome! <3

So based on latest information (see Hochland mod), this is the last of the 3 that's still awaiting its 5.0.3 update. You can already activate the other mods by the author, AVERLAND and HOCHLAND.

Wait until he posts a comment here, above mine <3 Until then, I do NOT recommend activating this mod despite of Steam showing a recent update in your 5.0.3 campaigns. Hope this helps <3

That only Averland has received its proper 5.0 update

is there any compatible issues with other mods? I'm experienced crashes with Units of the Imperial Provinces II and Units of the Imperial Provinces III, but Units of the Imperial Provinces I work some how

- ever tried the settings icon in an activated mod's row in WH3MM to turn off units added by mods?

- are you sure that you would want to turn ALL vanilla EMP units off? are you sure that the regional units of the mods would even cover all types you need? I don't think the local units cover the same variety - pretty sure that Chema's mods here don't cover all types of Empire units...

- instead of the "no vanilla recruiting" submod for SHs, get @chopchop's "Sigmar's Heirs LITE (Beta)", thid will be one step in the right direction I think and provide clarity for your brain ;)

I can help you with the most complicated problems, but the ONE you might want (make all "doubles" of units that are available as regional versions too and added by either Chema's or SH's, like the unit "Spearmen" when there are "Ostermark Spearmen" disappear (and those only!) I don't think is possible, at least not without a simple mod that you'd need to create. And like I said I think you'll miss unit types.

Loving the updates, good to see these mods back.
And if I may, I saw bro reach out in the comments.... Try to def take up @IDon'tSpeakRussian! on his offer. He's a true G when it comes to helping people out here on the workshop and from what I can tell, he brings that unique mix of the required patience & work ethic required to the table. You should pick his brain whenever you can, it'll probably save you lots of time and larger bits of your sanity ;) So, in short: Do it! <3
