Portable Emplacement Weapon

Description
Portable placement weapon and more surprise！

Cotain Bazooka-like M41 ampulomet, PTRS-like fin larti 20mm and some humorous stuff

Pick up maxim HMG and shoot enemy like Lambo

Use COLLECT bottom in panel useitem to pick up emplacements

Originally, this mod was only intended to allow those emplacement weapons that can't been towed to be put into vehicles but this allowed me to get creative and add some interesting features

Look at the Heroes & Generals hand-held ampulomet. I think we can have it toooooo

what would be nice is if the weapon crew already had the heavy weapon already in their inventory, and all i had to do was press a button, and the weapon crew will deploy the weapon, kinda like what hotmod1968 does

Also, could I add your framework for my re balance QoL mod? I've redone a lot of it but I used your mod as inspiration/direction.
