Dwarven Cuisine - Butter

Description
Introducing a new ingredient to stimulate your Dwarven palate... Delicious creamy butter! This incredible invention adds a new world of flavor to any meal it is a part of. All you need to make it is some milk, a Farmer's Workshop, and a little love. Your fortress residents will be so enamoured with their meals, that you'll hear them saying, "I can't believe... It's butter!"

This mod adds a new food ingredient, called Butter, with custom graphics to the game. You'll find a new task in the Farmer's Workshop called 'Churn Butter' which requires milk (From any milkable creature!), producing two sticks of butter per unit of milk. It can be used to make meals, just like any other ingredient. Butter's value is equal to that of cheese, since it is made almost the same way.

SPECIAL NOTE: If your are using my Dwarven Cuisine - Bread Mod, load this mod first (Butter before Bread), as this mod is a prerequisite for my Bread mod.

KNOW ISSUES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Barrel Bug - Barrels holding Butter are labelled as 'Cheese Barrel', despite holding Butter. This is caused by how the mod produces custom graphics. I currently do not have the ability to change this while still using custom graphics.
Stockpile Bug - Butter holding barrels don't always go where they are supposed to. I have done all I can to make them, but sometimes dwarves will stuff them wherever. This doesn't seem to impede function in any way, they are still able to find and retrieve items as needed, but it can be frustrating for making dedicated stockpiles.
Butter Monster Feature - As an... Unintended consequence of the way this mod is constructed, there is a SMALL possibility that randomly generated creatures/objects whose material is randomly selected (Such as Forgotten Beasts) will actually be made out of... Butter. I have only seen this twice in multiple world generations, but I find it amusing and have no intention of fixing it, given the rarity of it occurring. This is now considered a feature of the mod.
FAQ
~~~~
Q:How do I make delicious creamy butter?
A:Use the new button in the Farmer's Workshop labelled "Churn Butter". You will need some kind of unrotten milk in order to use it. A dwarf will get to work, and after a moment, you will have produced 2 units of butter per unit of milk!

Q:How do I use the delicious creamy butter once I've made it?
A:Your Dwarves will automatically use it as an ingredient when making meals.

Q:Can I melt the delicious creamy butter, and pour it over my enemies, cackling madly as they writhe in agony and despair while being deep fried alive?
A:Nothing is stopping you from trying. Please let me know how it goes.

Save Game Compatibility
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Not looking good, and I highly DON'T recommend using this on existing worlds. It likely won't break anything, but it won't work either. Dwarf Fortress mods are, generally, best used on new world generations, not on existing playthroughs.
Load Order
~~~~~~~~~
After your vanilla stuff, but otherwise it shouldn't matter too much. Anything that edits Entities should be loaded BEFORE this mod.
SPECIAL NOTE: If your are using my Dwarven Cuisine - Bread Mod, load this mod first (Butter before Bread), as this mod is a prerequisite for my Bread mod.

Mod Compatibility
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Plays well with others. Doesn't like mods that CUT Entities, but can be used with them if loaded afterwards.
I wish I had someone who looked at me the way that dwarf looks at that block of butter. :steamsad:
